      Hi Libby,

      Unfortunately this;

      In 2010, 14 people died when the plane crashed in Afghanistan because of a fuel leak. The accident sent shock waves through the Ministry of Defence and one (not the only reason) was because the safety engineers and managers had not done a good enough job in making sure that the aircraft was safe.

      So I guess the answer to your question is that you could end up with more aircraft accidents and people dying.

      A bit of glum I know but I hope this helps!
