• Question: Do you guys enjoy working in teams?

      Hi maisycrazy,

      Working in teams is probably the most rewarding part of being an engineer. It’s rare that you will be working solo on a project. Working as part of a team is really important so it helps if you enjoy it. It can also be frustrating especially when you are relying on other team members but it feels all the better when you achieve something as part of a team.

      I can work alone, but I do really enjoy working in teams. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, so getting a well balanced team helps everyone out :D!

      It’s a fantastic feeling to deliver a project as a team too – you have others to share the success with!

      Absolutely! It is one of the best parts of my job, working with some really clever people who I can learn a lot from. Engineers regularly work in teams with lots of different people, all working on one common goal.
