      I would probably say the work I did last year helping to bring a UK military transport plane into service with the RAF. I had to produce a 600 (ish) report explaining why the aircraft was safe to fly! It was a year long bit of work, investigating and analysing the safety claims as to why the aircraft we safe. My fingers still hurt from the typing!
