      I see you have been doing some research – which is great, and a good thing to do before a job interview!

      Amey is a big company, and does a lot of different jobs. One of the contracts it has is a Waste Treatment project. So in Yorkshire, over the lifetime of the project will divert more than seven million tonnes of waste from landfill, create 400 construction roles and 70 permanent jobs as well as generating enough electricity to power 40,000 households.

      It’s not something I have been involved with but I am proud to work for a company that is helping to improve the sustainability of waste removal.
