• Question: how does it feel saving peoples lives on a day to day basis?

      Awesome!

      In reality I don’t even really think about it in terms of lives saved, it about making a product as safe as it can be whilst still being able to achieve what it was intended to do. Think of a fighter jet, I can help to make sure the design is safe so no-one would ever get hurt but that would probably mean that it never flew. More accurately I make sure the safety risks are well understood so pilots can make informed decisions about how they fly the aircraft, but that wasn’t quite as catchy as ‘Saves Lives Daily’ 🙂
